Nursing education presentation at medical center

Nurses who are interested in increasing their levels of competency through education are invited to an informational presentation, 11 a.m. Oct. 20, in Carson Valley Medical Center’s administration building, conference room A.

Representatives from the University of Nevada, Reno, Orvis School of Nursing will present information on programs of interest to registered nurses including the RN to Bachelor of Science Nursing online program designed for working nurses, Master of Science programs including clinical nurse leader, family nurse practitioner, nurse educator and the proposed Doctor of Nursing Practice program.
